With many placing huge focus on it, file sharing has become relatively easier than it was several years ago. However, file sharing speed will depend on the file size, cloud service or the software you’re using. Regardless, it is now easy to share any kind of file you wish with anyone across the world.

But you only want the recipient to have access to the file and you also want to share the file with little or no interruptions, right? In this article from online casino usa, we will be listing out a few safe transfer options you can utilize to securely share your files.

OnionShare

OnionShare is slowly gaining popularity in the cloud service world, it is an open-source tool that allows its users to utilize peer-to-peer file sharing to transfer files securely and directly to the recipient’s computer. And the best part is, you won’t have to rely on any third-party services. The transfer will work perfectly if both sides’ internet connections are stable and active.

Taking it a step further, OnionShare uses the Tor network to ensure privacy and keep your file-sharing activities anonymous, with no dent in the transfer speed. It also has an anonymous chat feature, it is available for Windows, macOS and Linux.

Wormhole

If you’re into peer-to-peer file-sharing solutions, you can also go for the cloud-based tools, which is where Wormhole comes in. It comes with end-to-end encryption to ensure that only you and the recipient can access the file when you upload it to their service. Even the service provider (Wormhole) will not be able to access the files being shared.

You don’t need to have an account with the company before you can start uploading files, giving the users an anonymous experience. And you can start uploading the file right after you start uploading, so the recipient can start downloading the file even before the uploading is finished.

The shared links expire following a 24 hours mark, but the expiry time can be tweaked and you can limit the download before the link expires. Its limit is 10GB which is not bad, considering that Wormhole is currently a free service.

Dropbox

Dropbox is one of the most popular cloud storage services in businesses. Although it doesn’t offer end-to-end encryption, it still found a way to keep its users’ data private. It doesn’t have any free pricing plans, so you’ll have to get a premium plan before you can gain access to its many features and share files.

Mega

Mega is considered to be one of the most secure cloud storage options. Supporting end-to-end encryption, Mega lets you upload any file to your account and you can share it. It also has features like chat, which is also available in the customer support of https://www.jokaroom.net/en/

In Mega, you can choose to share your file with any contact by adding it manually and sharing your contact via a QR code for them to send you requests. You can easily share with a small circle of your friends without a neighbour getting the link to the file.
