Tomo Marjanovic’s public career has placed him in a variety of professional environments, including entrepreneurship, wellness, public speaking and law-enforcement performance. His name has also appeared in connection with Andrew Tate’s War Room and Christopher Delgado, a businessman whose activities surrounding Goliath Ventures later became the subject of federal criminal proceedings.

Those connections have taken on greater significance as Goliath Ventures moved into bankruptcy and financial records associated with an account attributed to Marjanovic became part of an ongoing investigative discussion.

A separate connection emerged in Ohio, where Marjanovic appeared at the Armor Within police wellness expo in 2026. Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson also appeared at the event.

The overlap between these events has prompted questions about Marjanovic’s business history, his relationship with Goliath Ventures and Delgado, the movement of cryptocurrency and the extent of background checks performed before he was invited to speak at a law-enforcement-oriented event.

However, there is an important distinction between investigating a connection and establishing wrongdoing.

The information available does not establish that Marjanovic committed a crime. It also does not establish that Wilson knew about Marjanovic’s Goliath-related history.

Understanding the story requires looking at each connection separately.

Marjanovic’s Public Background

Marjanovic has built a public presence around several areas, including wellness, performance, entrepreneurship and speaking.

His public profile also includes an association with Andrew Tate’s War Room. Marjanovic has described himself as a mentor connected with the organization.

That association provides context for the business and social circles in which Marjanovic has operated.

Another notable connection is Christopher Delgado.

Marjanovic and Delgado appeared within overlapping social and professional circles, and their relationship has become more closely examined following Delgado’s federal prosecution.

In September 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice announced that Delgado pleaded guilty to federal charges involving conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud and money laundering.

That guilty plea is an established fact concerning Delgado.

It does not, however, establish that every person associated with him participated in his criminal conduct.

Why Goliath Ventures Is Central

The most important question surrounding Marjanovic is the exact nature of his relationship with Goliath Ventures.

There are several possible levels of involvement.

He could have been an investor.

He could have been involved in promoting the company.

He could have acted as a consultant or business associate.

Or he could have held a more formal role.

Each possibility would carry different implications.

The investigation therefore needs to determine what relationship actually existed.

Social-media posts and photographs can demonstrate that people knew each other, but they cannot necessarily establish the legal or financial nature of their relationship.

Contracts, communications and financial records would provide much stronger evidence.

Questions About Goliath and Marjanovic

Questions about Marjanovic’s connection to Goliath were raised before Delgado’s guilty plea.

In 2025, inquiries were made concerning whether Marjanovic had invested in Goliath and, if so, the amount and conditions of that investment.

Questions also focused on what financial returns were allegedly presented to investors and whether invested capital was described as protected or insured.

Additional questions concerned possible distributions received by Marjanovic and whether he promoted Goliath or referred other people to the company.

The purpose of these questions is to establish the scope of the relationship.

If Marjanovic was simply an acquaintance of Delgado, that would be one situation.

If he invested or held a formal business role, the documentary record would become much more significant.

The Cryptocurrency Connection

Blockchain activity has added another dimension to the investigation.

An analysis reviewed during the investigation identified approximately $460,649 in USDC transferred from a Coinbase account attributed to Marjanovic to a cryptocurrency address identified as connected to Goliath Ventures.

One transaction on September 13, 2024, was approximately $16,992.

The transaction description reportedly included the words “GV EXEC PARTNER CONTRIBUTION.”

That description is potentially relevant because it appears to refer to a business relationship.

But the description alone cannot establish precisely what the transaction represented.

It could have been an investment, a contribution to a business arrangement or another type of payment.

Blockchain data can show that a transfer occurred, but understanding the purpose of a transfer generally requires additional evidence.

Contracts and communications could provide that context.

The Larger Incoming Transfers

The investigation also identified approximately $4.45 million in cryptocurrency entering the Coinbase account attributed to Marjanovic from two principal external addresses.

One address was associated with approximately $298,140.

The second was associated with approximately $4.137 million.

However, the analysis does not independently establish who controlled those wallets.

That qualification prevents a straightforward conclusion about the source of the money.

The incoming cryptocurrency should therefore not automatically be characterized as Goliath-related.

Instead, the transfers raise questions that could potentially be resolved through additional blockchain analysis and financial records.

Identifying the wallet controllers and comparing the transaction dates with business communications could provide useful context.

The Bankruptcy Connection

Goliath Ventures later entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

During that process, the bankruptcy estate sought information from Tomislav “Tomo” Marjanovic through a Rule 2004 examination.

The requested information reportedly includes communications involving Goliath and Delgado, cryptocurrency account details and transaction histories, banking and brokerage records and transfers involving Marjanovic and parties connected with Goliath.

The significance of this request should be understood within bankruptcy law.

Rule 2004 is a discovery procedure used in bankruptcy cases.

It is not a criminal indictment.

It does not establish that the person whose records are requested committed an offense.

What it does show is that the bankruptcy process considered the requested information potentially relevant.

The resulting records could help clarify the business relationship and financial transactions.

What the Records Could Establish

The records sought through bankruptcy discovery could potentially answer several major questions.

Communications could reveal how Marjanovic and Delgado discussed Goliath.

Contracts could show whether Marjanovic held a formal position.

Exchange records could provide additional details about cryptocurrency transactions.

Bank records could show movement between cryptocurrency platforms and conventional accounts.

Payment records could clarify whether Marjanovic received compensation or distributions.

These records could ultimately help determine whether Marjanovic acted as an investor, executive partner, promoter, consultant or another type of participant.

Until those records are examined, the precise nature of his role remains unresolved.

The Andrew Tate Connection

Marjanovic’s connection with Andrew Tate is relevant mainly as background.

His publicly described role within Tate’s War Room places him within a prominent online entrepreneurial network.

That may help explain how Marjanovic became connected to various business figures.

But it should not be used as a shortcut to conclusions about Goliath.

An association with Tate does not demonstrate involvement in Delgado’s financial crimes.

Similarly, an association with Delgado does not automatically establish participation in the conduct for which Delgado pleaded guilty.

The investigation must focus on direct evidence.

The Ohio Connection

In 2026, Marjanovic appeared at the Armor Within Expo in Ohio.

The event focused on police wellness, performance and issues affecting law-enforcement personnel and first responders.

Marjanovic was scheduled to deliver a keynote presentation.

Andy Wilson, Ohio’s attorney general, was also part of the event program.

The published schedule placed Marjanovic’s keynote at 12:30 p.m., followed by Wilson at 1:00 p.m.

Their participation at the same event has become noteworthy because of the questions surrounding Marjanovic’s business history.

But the shared appearance should not be interpreted as evidence that Wilson endorsed Marjanovic’s activities.

Nor does it demonstrate that Wilson knew about the Goliath-related questions.

Those would require separate evidence.

The Event’s Due-Diligence Question

The Ohio event raises a question about the screening process used by the organizers.

According to the investigative material, information concerning Marjanovic’s relationship with Goliath and Delgado’s legal circumstances was provided to event organizers on June 27, 2026.

Supporting documentation was reportedly offered.

The event nevertheless went ahead with Marjanovic as a keynote speaker.

That fact creates a legitimate question about what review took place.

But it does not, by itself, prove that the organizers acted improperly.

They could have reviewed the information and decided that it did not prevent Marjanovic from participating. They may also have possessed additional information that was not publicly available.

The available material does not establish which explanation is correct.

Was Wilson Aware?

The Ohio connection naturally leads to another question: did Andy Wilson know about Marjanovic’s Goliath-related history?

The available material does not establish that he did.

There is also no evidence presented here demonstrating that Wilson endorsed Marjanovic’s previous business relationships.

Appearing at the same event is not sufficient evidence of either knowledge or endorsement.

The question can only be answered through evidence concerning what information was available to Wilson or his staff before the event.

Without that evidence, stronger claims would be speculative.

What Did Marjanovic Know?

The central investigative issue ultimately concerns Marjanovic’s own knowledge.

If he invested in Goliath, what information did he review?

If he held a formal position, what responsibilities did he have?

If he promoted the company, what representations were provided to him?

If he received distributions, what were they for?

And what exactly did the “GV EXEC PARTNER CONTRIBUTION” description refer to?

Those questions could potentially be answered through contracts, communications and financial records.

They should not be answered through assumptions based solely on association.

What Is Documented?

The current material establishes several separate developments.

Delgado pleaded guilty to federal financial crimes.

Goliath Ventures entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

The bankruptcy estate sought records from Marjanovic through Rule 2004 discovery.

Marjanovic has publicly described his connection with Andrew Tate’s War Room.

Public material places Marjanovic within overlapping circles with Delgado.

Blockchain analysis reviewed during the investigation identified approximately $460,649 in USDC transferred from an account attributed to Marjanovic to a Goliath-linked address.

The same analysis identified approximately $4.45 million entering that account from external cryptocurrency addresses whose controllers have not been independently established.

Marjanovic later appeared at an Ohio law-enforcement wellness event where Wilson also appeared.

These facts provide a basis for investigation.

They do not constitute a finding of criminal wrongdoing by Marjanovic.

What Remains Unproven?

The available information does not establish that Marjanovic committed a crime.

It does not establish that all cryptocurrency transfers associated with his account were connected to Goliath.

It does not establish the identities of the people controlling every incoming wallet.

It does not establish that the “GV EXEC PARTNER CONTRIBUTION” wording proves an executive partnership.

It also does not establish that Andy Wilson knew about Marjanovic’s Goliath-related history.

Maintaining these distinctions is essential.

Why the Connection Matters

The story has broader implications because of the environments in which Marjanovic has appeared.

A person speaking at a law-enforcement wellness event may reasonably be expected to have undergone some level of professional vetting.

That does not mean every controversial business relationship should automatically prevent participation.

It does mean that transparency about the selection process can become important when credible questions arise.

At the same time, public officials and event participants should not be linked to another person’s alleged conduct merely because they appeared at the same event.

Evidence must establish actual knowledge or involvement.

The Investigation Continues

The most important next step is documentary.

Bankruptcy discovery may reveal communications and financial information that clarify Marjanovic’s role.

Cryptocurrency records may help trace the source and destination of transactions.

Bank records may provide additional context.

Contracts could establish formal responsibilities.

Communications could show how Marjanovic and Delgado understood their relationship.

And responses from Marjanovic, Goliath-related parties and event organizers could add context to the existing evidence.

The story should therefore remain open to new information.

Conclusion

The connection between Tomo Marjanovic, Goliath Ventures, Andrew Tate and Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson involves several distinct issues rather than one simple narrative.

Marjanovic’s association with Delgado has raised questions about his relationship with Goliath.

Cryptocurrency transactions attributed to his account provide another area for examination.

Bankruptcy discovery may produce records capable of clarifying the nature of those relationships.

His connection to Andrew Tate provides context about his wider business network.

And his appearance at an Ohio law-enforcement event alongside Andy Wilson has raised questions about event due diligence and official awareness.

But the evidence currently described has limits.

It does not establish that Marjanovic committed a crime.

It does not establish that Wilson knew about the Goliath-related concerns.

The appropriate response is therefore neither to dismiss the questions nor to turn them into conclusions prematurely.

The records should be examined, the parties should have an opportunity to respond, and the evidence should determine the final story.

Connections may raise important questions, but only verified evidence can provide the answers.

Investigation Disclaimer

This article distinguishes between established facts, legal proceedings, public associations, blockchain analysis and unresolved questions. The cryptocurrency figures discussed in connection with Marjanovic are based on analysis reviewed during the investigation. A blockchain record can demonstrate that cryptocurrency moved between addresses, but it does not independently establish the purpose of a transaction, the identity of every wallet controller or criminal intent.

The underlying material relies on publicly accessible information, including court filings, corporate information, archived content, social-media material and open blockchain data. Nothing in this article should be interpreted as a finding that Tomo Marjanovic committed criminal conduct.

Marjanovic should have an opportunity to respond to the transactions, relationships and records discussed in this article. Any response should be evaluated together with the relevant documentary evidence.
